    Great post, Tambre.
This query is one you should ponder- either every night or every morning. As you prepare your “ToDo” list for the day. It becomes part of your growth, your self-improvement, and your mission to leave this world one little bit better than you found it.

Ah I love this post Tambre. Choosing to show up in your own life is a exactly that. A daily choice. We can hit the snooze button and go through the daily motions like a zombie or we can get up, get dressed and show up even (and especially) when it’s hard.
Funny how much better things are when we do isn’t it? You are bang on with the concept that it’s the small steps that make the big difference. Grand gestures, while moving and exciting, rarely have a lasting effect.

Today is the only day you have so you have to make a choice – live it or lump it. Some days it is good to go back to bed but most days choose to experience all the joys and frustrations of the day

I think we are creatures of habit. We set the auto-pilot and just glide through the day. It really takes effort to change are thoughts and actions….but it can make a big difference in the quality of our lives.
I like what Roberta said…”live it or lump it”.

It is taking that step out of your comfort zone and experience something new or different that makes your heart stronger. It is a choice we make each and every day. I choose to step out, step up and enjoy! Thanks for sharing Tambre.
