Having judgement seems to require that balance between good and bad. Although I know some folks who have poor or no judgement. You put it into Holly and applying your tips for the mental journey are good reminders.

Thank you Tambre for sharing your guest author today!

That mantra has seen me through a lot of things...reminds me in times I am experiencing happiness to really enjoy and take it in and in challenging times that it won't last forever.

I find the mantra- this, too, shall pass- is the great beginning to insure the attitude is useful. I also use that same mantra when things seem absolutely perfect- to not become complacent in the gifts we are offered.

I love how you encourage others to honor one another Tambre. Boy wouldn't that be a great affirmation we can remind ourselves each and every day to create a more kind world.

I share in your loss as when you talk about your husband, it reminds me of my dad that left us 11 years ago last month. I like to think i honor him and what he meant to me and my life, each and every day.

I agree, Roberta. We can embody the strengths to honor anyone who has contributed in our life and has meaning for us. Thanks, everyone for your kind and thoughtful comments. It is great to have reached this place in my life and worth every effort and every ounce of energy my support network invested in helping me walk the path when I could not do so alone.

And it goes for parents, children and others you love and lost. Lovely that you found the way to move on and share so much. And the help and support you give to others, truly comes from having walked the walk
