You jinxed me! When I got off my bike this morning, I knew I was in for a “wonderful” day. I had aged a half-century in 19 minutes! So, no dancing for me tonight! And, no walking to the four banks for my clients, either! I will have to contribute to global warming by using my car for those errands.
But, my advice to myself and to you… (which ALWAYS works)…
    This, too, shall pass…

Interesting how often we fail to listen to our inner voices. I wonder when we learned to do that and why – told to buck up as a child. But then a whining child can be such a pain….where is the balance?

Tambre a great series of posts on your aching knees but also how we can help ourselves by choosing support. A great tie in with the wonderful work you are doing helping people move from surviving to thriving.
Have fun dancing with some not so aching knees this week :)
